    Roy Futrell says:
My father and Billy Warren started their careers in the Corp of Engineers at about the same time in the late 50's in Wilmington. I remember my mother and father talking about "Billy and Ramona". They lived right across the road from us in Castle Hayne and we would visit back and forth all the time. Those were good times. Their family was a part of our lives then. My condolences to the family.

    Steve & Sharon Elwood says:
We send our love and our prayers and thank God for the opportunity to know such a wonderful man. Loving and giving, he shared his life with everyone, never entertaining a selfish thought. Working with someone, you really get to know them pretty well. Bill was always smiling and was a great co-worker. He made sure that we shared in his joy, by knowing his family. He was so proud of all of them and his smile always grew as he spoke of them. Bill, your love will live on through your wife, your family, and others that have crossed your path. May God be with all of you. Much love, Sharon & Steve Elwood
