Loyal, true, friend, always stirring up a laugh and had a way of making each visit seem like it was his most important one. Bill could make wisdom simple, AND funny. One of a kind….

    Melanie Ellis says:
I’m so sorry to hear of Billy‘s passing. Years ago I went to school with him, but met him again through playing golf at the old Duck Haven. He regularly kept up with my husband, Pete. every time he called, if I answered the phone, he would always hold a conversation before moving on to talk to Pete. Billy, you definitely left your footprint as a better place in this world, and will be truly missed. For Susie and Family, I am so sorry for your loss! He was a great man!
