Wyarian Atkinson Taylor

October 1, 1923 – November 14, 2017

Wyarian Taylor was born in Ridgeway, SC on October 1, 1923 to Thomas and Effie Castine. She was predeceased by her parents, her sister June Suber, her husbands Aubrey Atkinson and Dillon Taylor.

She is survived by her sons: Andy Atkinson and wife Ada, Wilmington, NC,  Tom Atkinson and wife Jill, Columbia, SC, and Jerry Atkinson and wife Robin, Winston Salem, NC, her grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Wyarian moved from Salisbury, NC to Holden Beach in the early 1970’s. She lived at the beach and then Shallotte for over 45 years. She moved to Spring Arbor Assisted Living in November 2012. In April 2015, she moved to Azalea Health and Rehab. Wyarian was a member of Camp United Methodist Church in Shallotte.

A private service will be held.
