Yvonne Marie Boyd, age 85 of Wilmington passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2013 in the arms of the angels.
She was born February 27, 1928 in Antwerp,
Belgium to the late Francois Bruhn and Rosalia Bruhn. She was widow of the late John W. Boyd. She was also predeceased by a granddaughter, Heather Mae Boyd.
Mrs. Boyd was a painter and Business owner.
Survivors are two sons, Gordon and Michael Boyd; daughters in law, Ellen Boyd and Lynne Boyd; grandson, Phillip Boyd and granddaughter, Meghan Lindner; great grandsons, Nolan and Colton.
A memorial Service will be 10 AM Monday, June 17, 2013 at Saint John’s Episcopal Church, 1219 Forest Hills Drive Wilmington, NC 28403.
The family will receive friends following the service in the Elebash Hall.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cape Fear Clinic, 1605 Doctors Circle Wilmington, NC 28401.
