Zoila Anisia Lanuza, 82 went to be with the Lord on December 19, 2014 at Lower Cape Fear Hospice House Wilmington North Carolina.
She was born August 6, 1932 in Havana, Cuba to Dr. Angel and Graciela Morales. She moved with her family to America in 1962 and became an American Citizen. She loved getting together with family, dancing, and reading her Bible.
She is survived by her husband Joaquin Lanuza, son Jose Rodriguez (Debra), a daughter Chely Schwartz (Steven), sister Graciela Lorenzo, sister Leo Abreu, five Grandchildren who adored her, and two lovely Great Granddaughters.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her name can be made to Lower Cape Fear Hospice House, 1414 Physician Drive – Wilmington, NC 28401. A celebration of her life luncheon will be held later in January.
